Robert “Red” Fisher has served as manager of Martin’s Catering since the day it was launched.
Red has over 20 years of experience in the foodservice profession, and Martin’s Catering’s broad menu is a direct result of Red’s strong culinary background.

Sevice Level Options
FULL SERVICE CATERING
Our full service catering takes care of all your needs, from set up to clean up. This service includes setting up the buffet table(s) and staffing while your guests serve themselves. The buffet is presented on tables covered with white linen and skirted in black. Our staff will take care of all the details, such as serving dishes, chafing dishes, serving utensils, sterno and plastic service, which consists of plates, cutlery and napkins. Catering attendants are charged at $15.00 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours each. We require 2 attendants per 50 meals served in order to give the service level you expect. After dining, our catering staff will clear the guest tables, cut the cake and clean up the service/buffet area. Complete hall clean up is also available for an additional charge.
BASIC CATERING
Our basic catering service is a great alternative to full service. Basic catering consists of the full buffet table set up, including white table linen, black skirting, serving dishes, chafing dishes, serving utensils, sterno and plastic service ware consisting of plates, cutlery, napkins, as well as all the details that make a perfect dining presentation. Unless other arrangements have been made, we will assign the appropriate staff to your event to keep the buffet attractively full. Afterwards, we will take down the buffet line, remove our equipment and do any clean up needed in the serving/buffet area. Clean up of guest tables and hall is not included.
DROP OFF SERVICE
This is our most economical catering service. Food and beverage items that you have selected from our catering menus are delivered to your location in heavy-duty aluminum pans and plastic catering trays. You set up and supply the cutlery, plates, chafing dishes, table coverings, etc.
No service charge applies.
RENTALS
Chafing dishes, ice tables and utensils are available for rental and do require a deposit. Tables, chairs, tents and more are also available for your special event, as well as napkins, tablecloths and skirting.
SERVICE WARE PACKAGE
Our plastic service ware package consists of 10” dinner plates, 6” dessert plates, quality cutlery and 2-ply dinner napkins. Our service ware package is available for an additional $.50 per person.
