At the Chef's Table

A 5-course dinner based on your area of culinary interest and our chef’s creativity, prepared and served around the table. An intimate gathering with our chef – it’s perfect for a couple’s night out or an evening with friends.

• Minimum 6 attendees, maximum 10.
• Class time: 2 ½ - 3 hours
• $50–$75 per student depending on menu

An Evening in the Kitchen

Spend an evening in our kitchen! This three hour class will begin with a shopping trip during which the chef and students develop a menu according to what’s in season or on sale. There are no set menus and no recipes provided before, during, or after the experience. Students help prepare dishes with Chef’s guidance and then join together to dine on their creations. “An Evening in the Kitchen” offers an intimate and highly educational experience gleaned from one-on-one interaction with the chef, plus a whole lot of fun!

All About Classes

“All About” classes are hands-on and focused on a basic cooking technique or method.
All About Themes (choose one):
Simple Pan Sauces, Gravies, Pasta & Sauces, Eggs, Vegetables, Fruits, Marinades & Rubs, or Spices

• Class time: 1 ½-2 hours
• $25 per student

“You Choose” Demonstration Classes

Choose any past Martin’s School of Cooking Demonstration Class for your private party.

• Class time: 1 ½-2 hours
• $20 per student

Tableside Treat

A great option for showers and other gatherings! Martin's Catering will provide your choice of a lunch or breakfast buffet to enjoy. Then, watch as a tableside treat is created right before your eyes. This option allows you time and freedom to incorporate other activities into your special day.

• Guest list is limited to 30, minimum 20
• Event time: 2 hours includes lunch, cooking demonstration and time for additional

activities
• $15 per guest
