HOW TO ORDER
Martin's Catering wants your function to be perfect in every way. Please contact our catering specialists at 1-877-550-CHEF (2433) for your personalized consultation, or fill out this form. We will work with you to present the perfect event. It promises to be a pleasure for you and your guests... free of stress and within your budget.
Our staff is on call from 8am to 5pm Monday through Sunday. After hours, please leave a voice mail message with your name and telephone number.
MINIMUM ORDERS
To better serve our customers, while operating in an efficient manner, we have found it necessary to set order minimums on our catering packages. In the event your function should fall below our order minimums, we will be glad to provide you with a quote to fit your special needs. All delivered catering events under $150.00, ala carte and those below minimum requirements will be billed an additional charge.
GUARANTEES
A tentative guest count is required one month in advance. The final guest count is required seven days prior to the function.
CANCELLATIONS
- 15 days or more, receive a full refund of your deposit
- 8 to 14 days, receive a on-half refund of your deposit
- 7 days or less, your deposit is nonrefundable
DELIVERY
Delivery is included in our immediate area. Additional charges may apply outside this area.
BILLING
We require a down payment of 20% to guarantee all catering events and hold your specific date. The balance is due the day of the event, payable by check, cash or credit card.
TAX AND SERVICE CHARGES
- A 7% sales tax and will be applied to all events.
- A 10% service charge will be applied to all events except basic drop-off service.
