Martin’s homemade beef and triple-cheese lasagna. What a masterpiece! Flavored with a garlic basil marinara sauce and baked to perfection.

 

SLICED ROASTED ROUND OF BEEF

This one is slow roasted, very tender and full of flavor. Topped with Bordelaise.

 

BBQ RIB TIPS

Pork rib tips smothered with special BBQ sauce and baked for hours.

 

POLISH, ITALIAN OR BRATWURST SAUSAGE

Sausage links spiced to perfection, then roasted with onions.

 

ROASTED PORK LOIN

Slow roasted and flavored with pepper, garlic and thyme. Served with a apple glaze.

 

SWISS STEAK

Lightly browned and then braised for hours in a tomato demi glace. Topped with sliced os sautéed green peppers, onions and mushrooms.
