Looking to transform your leftovers? Join Chef Eileen Quinn for a unique class where yesterday's entree is even better today! Watch as Chef Eileen turns Chimichurri Chicken into Chicken on Ciabatta with with Provolone & Pine nuts and Pork Tenderloin in Fig Sauce into Pork Skewers Jezebel. Lemonella Potatoes will become Sassy Citrus Potato Salad, and a Grilled Fruit Medley becomes Fruit Wontons in Sweet Cream! Let this class inspire you to be a more creative and thrifty cook, whether cooking for one or two, or a whole family!

Real Italian with Gia Russa

Gia Russa is known for making premium Italian products for the "casual cook." Join special guest and Gia Russa's Corporate Chef David Phillips for an evening of all Italian. Chef David will sample various Gia Russa products as well as his own Italian creations. Menu to include Bruschetta, Portobello Mushrooms with Balsamic Glaze, Mixed Green Salad with Balsamic Dressing, and various pastas like Alla Vodka Sauce with Prosciutto & Peas, Hot Sicilian Seafood & Rotini, and Whole Wheat Penne Rigate with Tomato Basil. Fresh Blueberry Balsamic Sundaes will complete this hearty Italian meal.

One Pot Suppers

Autumn is the perfect time for crock pot and dutch oven cooking. Join Martin's own Chef Scott Rossen as he shares favorite one pot creations from various regions of the USA. Chef Scott's menu will include New England Boiled Dinner, Rotisserie Chicken and Noodles,  Shrimp and Sausage Jambalaya, and Texas Style Chili.
