Martin’s School of Cooking is eager to welcome former Cooking with Class Head Instructor Suzanne Wilson! Spend and evening in our kitchen as you prepare a variety of pierogis to take home...or to eat on the spot! Suzanne will be preparing both traditional and contemporary fillings, including Savory Cabbage & Mushroom, Sweet Cheese, Potato Cheese and Traditional Meat. This class is limited to 16 participants, so sign up early!

Garnishing 101 (Sold Out!)

Join Chef Troy McKee for an evening of hands-on garnishing! Chef Troy will take you through the step by step processes of simple plate garnishes, fruit and vegetable carvings, centerpiece carvings, plate painting and more! Vegetable Roses, Zucchini Crabs, Strawberry Fans, Zucchini Mums, and Egg Chickens are just some of the garnishes you’ll be creating during this fun-filled evening. The cost of this class includes a 5 piece Norpro Garnishing Set (suggested retail $6.99). This class is limited to 16 participants, so sign up early!

Join our favorite White House Chef Bill O’Brien for a fun and spirit-filled evening! Chef Bill will share great recipes and help you understand how certain wines compliment certain foods. Martin’s School of Cooking is proud to welcome back renown sushi expert Chef Adam
Sakurayama. Chef Adam will share traditional recipes for Sushi Rice, California Rolls, Vegetarian Rolls and Rainbow Rolls, as well as Japanese favorites like Panko Breaded Jumbo Shrimp with Wasabi Sauce, Cold Buckwheat Noodles, and Japanese Rice Cakes with Sweet Red Bean Ice Cream for dessert. Refund Policy: Class tickets are only refundable if returned three days before scheduled class. Exchanges will be made at the discretion of the cooking school coordinator.
