Application Steps:

  • Complete the information below and your Martin’s Advantage Card will be mailed to you. Please allow approximately 7-10 days for processing and mailing.
  • By using your card each time you shop, you’ll receive the advertised Advantage Card savings and Advantage Points (where applicable).
  • Sign up for our Pet and/or Baby Clubs to earn special rewards when you purchase Pet and Baby products.
  • For additional card privileges, such as check cashing, present your card and picture identification to the customer service office at your neighborhood Martin’s.
  • When you receive your card in the mail, register it online to receive our Weekly Specials email and Recipe of the Day.
